I found this vintage Guess watch at Goodwill – love at first sight; its strap is so different for a watch.
However, Guess does not set itself as a traditional luxury watch brand but rather something more unique and fashion-forward as for today.
So the one that I thrifted, its watch face, maybe because it's from the 1990s – it's too plain, or should I say classy, compared to the modern Guess.
Also, due to the lack of contrast between the sunburst dial and the diamond numerals, the reflections make it hard to read the time.
So, here is a redesign of the original watch face. I have kept the watch strap unchanged because there's no need to.
(Also, part of the challenge for this project was to model the strap 1:1, true to the original).

The problem solving during this project is super rewarding, especially when it comes to modeling the straps itself. I might have overestimated my ability at Rhino when there are lots of curvatures and fillets involved at the same time. Lots of struggles and sleepless nights, yet after everything it's all worth it. I mean, look at that rendering. I think it looks real.

The rendering above is done in Rhino 3D.
